Privacy Policy
EV Riding (“we”, “us”) is a China-based manufacturer and exporter of electric motorcycles, scooters, e-bikes, tricycles and other electric vehicles, with our factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu and our sales center in Ningbo, Zhejiang. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or browse ev-riding.com, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, country and the content of your message. We also receive standard technical data that your browser sends (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through our hosting provider’s server logs.
How we use your information
We use your inquiry details only to respond to your request, prepare quotations, discuss product specifications, arrange samples, shipping and after-sales support. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
Legal basis and consent
We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the inquiry form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Sharing of information
Your details are shared only with parties required to fulfil your order — for example freight forwarders, customs brokers or courier companies — and only to the extent necessary. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 3 years so we can follow up on quoted projects and provide after-sales support, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at info@ev-riding.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and embedded content
Our website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function. Some pages embed Google Maps, which may set its own cookies and process data under Google’s privacy policy. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
